I hold a Kuwaiti drivers licence for over 15 years. I need to apply for an Ontario drivers licence but they require an official letter as proof of my driving experience. Without this letter, they will not take into account my years of experience and I will have to go through a one year wait period and some extra tests like most novice drivers. Please advise where I can get this letter in Kuwait, thanks.
