Can anyone suggest an efficient and cost effective way to transport 2 dogs from Devon/UK to Loulé/Algarve please? My plan is that my husband and I will fly and the dogs would be transported by road as there are no airlines in my region offering pet travel. I intended to drive but I have just sold my car. Is there an option for one way rental for a car - bearing in mind the car will be a right hand drive if rented from UK? Any suggestions welcome. I had a quote from a pet travel company of £2500.00

Where will you be flying from and who with? Where would you be flying to?

Thank you for your reply.
We will fly from Exeter or Bristol in the UK. Neither airline/airport offers pet transport so we are looking into transport by road instead. At the moment it looks like my only option is to hire a van/car, drive to Faro, drop off dogs and then drive back to UK as pet couriers ae very expensive.
