General formats that a company need to have in a maintenance company


I am new to Bahrain and I need clean up the documents by input to Excel & word formats which stands 3 years old in my present company.

I would need the working formats as in HR, Admin activities etd.... just as to prepare myself at first glance.

Anyone could help me on this???
