Self employed and employed

Dear all,
I am new here to the Czech Republic and am finding lost of information about this topic but it is getting confusing. Please can someone help.

I am employed by a company in Prague earning a baseline salary. I have also applied for my trade license as I have an offer of consulting for a university group.

How will my tax return work? What will I need to declare? What do I need to pay? What are the percentages of deductions? When dose the tax return need completeing?

My company do my tax for the salary they provide me, they also pay the social securities.
The consulting will be about 30,000 czk a month.
All money comes from Czech Businesses.
Can anyone provide advice or a place where I can get (near free) advice from.
