Ask about unknown message

Dear all I received a email from a woman living in London says I wish to work for welfare and charity..I have enough amount of fund but suffering from cancer and hospitalized and can not to do it..She provide a bank address and phone #to draw money..I received such mail towise before also regarding fund transfer..Asking for help.
I can't trust on such rabish .. Definitely this is a fraud...But how it is some one comment please.
