Moving pets from Australia to the Netherlands

Hi all,

I will be moving with my partner and 2 cats in August.
I am starting the process of getting the cats sorted with an agency on this end. They have told me I can save money by organising the customs on the Dutch end myself.

Does anyone know what forms I need to organise and is it easy to do?

Thanks
Hannah

Not sure about this as these are EU rules and not country specific.  This link will take you to the Dutch government website that deals with this.

Hope this helps.

Just to add to this guide; when I read the current requirements, only blood tests conducted by the following Australian test centre are admissible in Holland:

Australian Animal Health Laboratory (AAHL)

Portarlington Road, 5 - East Geelong

(Postal address - PMB 24, Geelong 3220)
