I have been wrongly fined for paid parking in muthrah souq when I have never been to that area . Has anybody had such experience by Muscat municipality. Does anyone knows what to do in such circumstances. I don't think it's ROP; since the issue is with municipality. I want to know which section of municipality in Darsait we should report this matter. Will they have any photographic evidence to prove. how difficult the process might be. is it worth the time because the issue is of 10 /- OMR !!!
