I suggest you to create a detailed resume in the Jobs in Afghanistan section of the website to gain more exposure. If a recruiter is interested with your skills he/she will easily reach out to you. Make sure to provide as much details as possible, it does make a difference.

I suggest that you do an online search for work in Afghanistan.
Google 'jobs in afghanistan' there will be many sites which offer positions.

lf you want to find a job in Afghanistan just download some of the Apps for "Jobs in Afghanistan" you will find several of these apps on Google Play store and there is quite a large selection of jobs posted in these, however mainly targeting the local population. Otherwise just try LINKED-IN for expats.
