Hi i have been working Here in kuwait for 3 months. And i am just curious how to go about resigning and applying for another job vacancy? I do have a 2 year contract with my current company.

As indicated, if this is your first company in Kuwait, you need to agree with them amicably to release you; otherwise you will have to serve the contract period.
