I am trying to come visit in March from US. I am confused as to the new visa process. I look on the Nigerian Immigration website and it shows the possibility of Visa on Arrival but the Embassy website shows all visas must be submitted in person at an OIS center for a biometric visa. I live a plane ride away from one of these centers so I would hope not.
