I've seen a little of Bangkok in my previous trip , perhaps now would love to see a bit more of it .
Any suggestions on where to go ?
The places one should visit .
Is there a Hop On / Hop Off bus service ?
And am looking for people who love travel , maybe looking for new friends or if anyone from this forum is looking for a meetup ?

There's the Bangkok BRT. If you get a Rabbit Card, you can use the bus and the subway (BTS Skytrain). It doesn't cover the MRT lines however.
