I am living on a sailboat moored near Sai Kung. I need to purchase a USB internet stick for mobile internet on the boat. What is the best service provider in terms of reliability and price? Are there any that I should avoid?

I don't know about the Sai Kung area, but I use I-Cable and I found them to be very professional and attentive. I switched from PCCW, who to be fair, are fast. But PCCW's customer service is somewhat lacking so I guess it's up to the individual to choose over service and product
