Hi,
I am working in Oman and my 2yrs contract still remains 4 months to finish,I got selected for a government organization in Qatar.they just told I have selected for the designated position and informed me the salary and other perks.I am interested for job change.How do I proceed.kindly give me your valuable suggestions.Thanks.

Submit your resignation.

Serve your notice period as agreed in your employment contract.

Collect all your pending dues, like gratuity and final settlement benefits.

And leave.
