hi i just want to ask, my contract stated that i can have a vaction leave after one year on the company i worked. but the employer says we are not allowed until we finish 2 years, can i demand for my vacation as what is stated in the contract?

Well technically Yes you can, buy there are other terms and conditions on the contract also which needs to be read in conjunction !!
