Moving to Zanzibar from South Africa

I am looking at the opportunity to move from Johannesburg to Zanzibar.  I would love to buy an existing small B&B on the beach.  Or even start a small B&B on the beach.

Does anyone know the ins and outs of starting a business in zanzibar.

Any information would be appreciated. I have visited Zanzibar twice for vacation and fell in love with the pace of life and culture.
