I have just found out today at Policia Federal that the old fee of 8 reals per day has gone up to min. 100 reals per day or more.
Does anyone know anything about this?

Yes, this is Brazil! Also rents, real estate and prices of goods go up and stays there.
Gasoline price may go down but those remain as is or may even increase... Not down.
You can just imagine fines. They can alter that anytime to make an example...
