NOW I AM IN BAHRAIN . MY WIFE IS A DOCTOR.AND I HAVE ONE CHILD ALMOST 4 years.My wife wants to come in Bahrain as a doctor. What is the procedure and with whom we have to contact.

To come here as a doctor, she needs to have an employment offer from a hospital and before that, there is a lengthy certification process with Ministry of Health etc.
Suggest to get her here first on a family visa. And then when you finish the processes i.e. get her legally accredited to practice in Bahrain and get an employment offer; you can switch to work visa.
