Start with nursingworld.org which is the ANA site. Then USCIS.gov. The specialty employment visa for nurses has been cancelled years ago. There are some agencies handling foreign nurses. All I heard about them is that they are sweat shops using somewhat obscure means.

Unless you are working with an agency because of licensing needs your chances are slim and none. And there are not many agencies that will work with foreign non US licensed nurses
