plenty of touts walking round De Tham selling international papers. Cant tell you if they have uk papers though.
Any one in particular ? and I'll check out next time I'm in the area.

Ok Talking amongst some of my friends, your best bet is probably to head down to the 5 star hotels and see what they have.

You can go to Phuong Nam book store at 2A Le Duan street. Its at the corner of Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Duan street (near the city zoo)
They have many newspaper/ magazines written by english at there.

i am working in dist 9 and every morning i take the company bus from Ky Hoa. i was thinking if anything around that area.
