I have applied to the RW recruiters position. can you help me with their Hr's direct Id so that i can mail him/her directly.

HR jobs are 99.9% of the time awarded to Malaysians. If it is with RW itself, then there would be no work permit as the renumeration is based on commission. Apply for Mass Comm jobs only.

If I remember the RW website correctly there are details of who is the person responsible for the recruitment on each vacancy.

You need minimum 2 years' experience in the duties of a job to get a visa. Without that immigration will  reject the application.
