Hi all,

does anybody know how much the cost of a regular three bedroom 2 bath house may cost in Mendoza Ciudad or Godoy Cruz?

What about the Aristides area? where all the trendy bars are. How much would one of those houses cost?

Housing prices are really high in Paraguay and Buenos Aires. Crazy high. What are they here?

Can anyone suggest a good website where I may get more info?

Mendoza has different place to live. In general expat live in mendoza city for example quinta sección is where is located Aristides Street, and other good area to live is Sexta sección is limit with quinta sección, good place. This place is very near to downtown and San Martin Park, I can say residential area.
Godoy Cruz is different depending what area you want live.
