MEO | Mobile balance & topping up questions

Hi there. Just got a MEO sim/chip (postpaid) and am wondering:

1. how can I check the remaining balance on available phone minutes, sms & data?
2. how can I top up or renew my balance, preferring to use a scratchcard?
3. can I buy a scratchcard at The PhoneHouse?
4. are all scratchcards EUR 10 and valid for a month?

Thanks, but I don't speak Portuguese yet and MEO does not have an English section on their website. Or am I wrong on this?

What if I have a prepaid sim card for data that I top up but cannot call inside Portugal as I am just across the river in Spain? How to look up the data balance then? Is there no website, in Portuguese or English to look up balances?
