It sounds like you are trying to do something questionable.  I would advise you to not do it.

Not to worry, if what you say is true. You can gain access to any of your credit cards by going to the BOC and talking to their staff there.  The credit cards need to be in your name.

If they are not in your name, then get your friend to come to the bank and and deal with the transaction themselves.  There is no need for you to be a middle man.

Keep in mind that this is not the West.  If you are found trying to commit fraud, you WILL go to prison.  It will be for a set period, and it WILL be unpleasant.  If the fraud is sufficiently large, you WILL have your organs harvested.  There will be nothing that you can do about it.

You like to use your eyes?  How about your stomach? Yeah...

Think long and hard about taking any fraudulent action.
