When can i start the norskkurs here in Norway. We just got married and had a fiance visa at the moment. We are schedule for family reunion this January 23rd.

You can start anytime you like if you are paying the classes yourself. If you want to get free classes from the state, I think that is based on whether you are from EU country
and having family unification visa.
