I have an advice for all expats (or locals) that are planning to do any kind of renovation in Metro Manila. You should all stay away ***. I have been dealing with that company now for 9 months and it have been a nightmare all along. Including workers stealing my belongings, never finishing on time. Never prepared. Never know what to do or bring required tools or equipment. I do have a long and detailed list of issues. But if you want to avoid problems, stay away ***

You should ask an advice to friend or coworker. Honestly its really hard to trust anybody in manila,since everyone is coming from somewhere..even from business establishment. You cant even trust your neighbor,also vice versa. I think you should be aware of the situatin in manila. I am not trying to defamed the whole filipinos. What im telling is you cant trust anybody in manila unlike in the province.
