Title deed for house ie red book

Hi all ,

Does anyone have any idea ,how long does it take to get the red book +(pink book) when you buy a apartment in Hanoi ,

They told me 6 months from.th day of purchase,

Is this a scam or a fact in Vietnam

I really appreciate if anyone can help me with this

Thanks in advance

If you pay the bribe like these 15 people you can get it. Otherwise good luck 😂

An Australian friend, using his wife's name, bought a very spacious apartment in Phu My Hung when it was still an enormous building site. It took two years to get the red book, plus a separate red book for his car park space in the basement.

So for even Vietnamese it's the same story

Yes. My wife says it took us one year to get the red book for our house and land.  But that was sixteen years ago.

Normally after from two months to two year. Don't be too worries about that. The paperwork here so long. But you need asking them issue the RED INVOICE (VAT INVOICE) immediately. When you keep VAT invoice, the house is your.

Just in case you missed the reference in the Saigon news report in #6:
