You can post your detailed resume in the HCMC jobs section and browse over the jobs listed there.
You can also search on popular VN job portals (www.vietnamworks.com/, www.careerjet.vn, www.anphabe.com/ etc.)
Unless it's a senior level job, most employers here prefer to recruit candidates who are already in Vietnam.

Think about it. Would you hire some stranger based on a Skype interview? You will have to show up in person! (And even then, you might encounter issues like the wish for an extended "test drive").
Why Vietnam? How much were you earning last time around? (I'm asking 'cos friends do work in this field and I know their salaries outside HCMC).
Why did you leave back then?
The family would have to stay until you have passed the probationary period, I presume?
