Request for more practical info

hi all, i think i've read almost all the posts and responses and have some helpful info, but i still have more questions if anyone can help.
i read a post/reply about the bus lines which is a little helpful - i've looked online and in the bus, but i can't find a map of the routes. i know looking for schedules is ridiculous, but i'd like to know other routes than just from my area to OSJ. where can that be found? do they have a transfer system?
where can you register to vote? i've heard that you need a voter registration card to show residence in some places or for some things.
can anyone suggest sites to look for jobs? i know about classificados online and CL.
i've looked at govt sites which haven't had the info i need, but i may be looking in the wrong places.
just in case, one last thing for now, how to get a street vendors license to sell jewelry, not food. i'm on SSD if that makes any difference here.
thanks in advance for any suggestions!

To do business legally you will need to register at Hacienda and also get a municipal patent. I will not give you specific details about this because I don't want to get you into trouble with incomplete or false information. Contact a local CPA. Many of them will give you a free orientation with the hope of having you as a future client.

thanks adolpho, i've bookmarked the pages. i don't know why i couldn't find these on google, but they're great to have!
