Where to invest whilst working in TCI?

Hi,
How can a UK expat working in TCI  invest their TCI earned income.?

Interest rates are very low or zero and UK based investment platforms wont allow investments by non Dom's.  Ideally looking for an online platform backed by a trusted brand allowing investment in global markets and funds.   Opening investment 10k USD but building up on a monthly basis.
