One of my friend has joined a company a month back with an EP sponsored by his current employer and he has got a category 1 visa for next 1.5years. But it seems the job is a mismatch with his skills and fortunately he has got another offer. So just need to know is there anyway he can transfer his EP to his new employer or he has to go for a fresh application again. Any help on this is highly appreciated.
