Then it is not a problem, just pay to the leasing company and get the payment proof with you, afterward head to the lease company legal dept to drop the case against you and follow up with them.

Kust let me know that how much time it tales to close the case after payment and in how much the travel ban lifts?

I am sorry I can not estimate the gov processing time but it should not take over 5 working days at best..
