Which city or area do you live in in Paraguay, and how do you find the traffic?
How long does it take to commute to work or run errands?
Is there a rush hour in your city? What times of the day would you recommend people to avoid driving if they can?
Are there any ways to avoid spending too much time in traffic in Paraguay?
What is parking availability and cost like?

I'm actually live at walking distance to downtown Asunción which is great. Going to villa morra I try to avoid leaving around 15:00 to 18:00 I usually come back from villa morra during those hours. As per parking, I leave my car and walk downtown.(parking is a challenge)
My wife is afraid to drive here... so... I decided to sell the recently imported SUB . Drivers are very aggressive here and have no rules ... you have to be careful of others at all times. Driving is very stressful.
Keep coins with you because there is allways a person who will "take care" of your car when parking. Good luck if you live around shopping del sol / villa morra and those nicest areas traffic is horrible.
