Shouldn't be a problem, if you can take advantage of the opportunity to point out that you are bilingual, which is always a plus. Teaching English AND Spanish could be a good option to consider. Especially as interest in learning other language beside English is growing. I studied Spanish in "Instituto de Cervantes" in Beijing for 6 months, along with numerous Chinese.
You can also visit their web sites at  pekin.cervantes.es/es/default.shtm

As for English teaching, depending on the city, you can find abundance of ads for English teachers online. Good start can be cityweekend.com.cn and than you can browse biggest cities in China.
Good luck!
