My Colombian wife, 2 children & myself are considering to live in Colombia. Currently living in Seattle Washington. Bogota is okay, but I rather like the smaller cities. My wife mentioned Popayan, so this is part of our research on the idea.
I would be intrested to hear expat opnions of :
1. Us possibly making Popayan our new home ie: saftey in and around the city.
2. Schools for grade school level (bilingual)
3. A gringo looking for business oppertunities
4. Housing cost and or sites for real estate
5. Medical Ins.
