Looking floor a space to rent to open up a bar in district 1. Any suggestions or know of any available places.
Also, is it hard for foreigner to sign a lease?
All tips and advice would be great!

Go around and get a feel for this type of business. Rents are high, coffee money is high, government inspections are constant, staff are lazy and incompetent.
My advice would be not to do it, but if you do, good luck.

District 1 is a tough and competitive place to get into. You will need a lot of working capital to survive. Good luck. I would def support any expat entrepreneur.
