I was planning on leaving my turntable in the states and buying a used one in the Phils. I was looking at classified in Manila and saw several turntables. The seller lists them as 100V. Why and how are they using these when the electric is 220V?
Can any audio users in the Phils. give me some insight on how stereo gear is set up and used? What are your experiences using the electricity?

They probably just use 220v/110v converters. More likely they aren't using the turntables.
