Employer's problem

Hi guys. Im luz by the way. From philippines. I am working here in dammam for almost a year next month in god's will as a nanny. Anyway. My problems are. 1st My employer still keeping my passport. In new regulation. I should be the one who will keep it. 2nd. I dont know if i have an iqama. I dont even see it. I have a number here but i used from under my employer .3rd. I have an emergency in philippines. My father died yeaterday. I ask them if i can go home and come back after 2 weeks but unfortunately they refused my request or should i say my begging.
Guys. Can you please help me to understand? I am so confused and grieving at the same time. I hope someone can give me some good advice out there.
