Traffic Fines in Abu Dhabi

I have received a speeding fine notification. However the date and time on the fine is at a time when I was not driving. I was at brunch and did not lend my car to anyone!!!

The fine does not indicate where the offence took place either.

-Are fines issued at the time they occur or is there a delay hence a time when I was not driving?
-Can i ask to see speed camera photo as evidence that it was my car?
-How do I find out where exactly the offence was supposed to have happened?
-How can I contest the fine?

I would recommend that you download Abudhabi Police app after registering you can check the speed camera photo, time and date as well as the location.
