Dear All,

I got a offer to work in Oman @ august 2017.After that I had submitted my all relevant documents including medical fitness certificate through consultancy

When ever I call the company HR,he is replying it will take more 10 days.

Can,any budy please suggest on this matter..

You should better count the total days and divide it by 10 for an easy update to the HR

Anyways, its basically the visa clearance that gets delayed. This is where your case exists. The moment they get the clearance, your visa will be issued then and there.
