Finding a job is always difficult without language and practical skills. I advice you to get that first: Look for a job in a country where you speak the language, and/or get a few years of good working experience first, then start looking for a job.

In addition to what Beppi mentioned, any non-European is at a disadvantage since EU members are given priority. Thus you need to offer skills that a employer cannot find a suitable EU citizen to fullfill.
