Recently one of my friend's renewal application is being rejected by ESD due to tax issue. Would like to inquire the appeal procedure and the chances of getting approval.
Anyone face this problem before? Appreciate your share.

Has it been returned or rejected?
In order to renew your friends needs to show proof that she has been paying tax by uploading the EA form and receipts of payment if required.

She has outstanding tax thus her application for renewal been rejected.

She has to pay her taxes first. Then prepare a justification letter and attach the payment receipt. The appeal has to be submitted at my expat in surian tower
