Employment background check

Hi local and expats,

As mentioned in my previous topic "Employment and visa blacklist" that I have been working in the Philippines for the brief 3 months because I was terminated due to poor performance early this year. I didn't include / add the company in my resume under the working experience part. My passport also have the so called special immigrant visa stamp for 3 months.

My questions are

1) Can my potential future employer know that I have been working in the Philippines before without referring to my passport?

2) Will my potential future employer perform background check on SSS/GSIS, TIN, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG on me since I'm an expats who just work for the previous Philippines company for 3 months?

Appreciate if anyone can help me on this because I'm planning to look for a job in the Philippines again. Thanks a lot
