I am Delali Tamon, a ghanaian resident in Mauritius. Does anyone know the regulatory body for service providers in Mauritius(specifically web design and hosting companies)?
Any advice will be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,
The two regulatory bodies are the 'Information and Communication Technologies Authority' which caters mostly to the legal framework regarding the ICT sector in Mauritius and then you have the 'National Computer Board' which is under the aegis of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology.
