hi all

does saudi govt accepts & attests certificate courses Like PMP, IELTS & other.

Those are international certification and i dont think it requires any type of attestations.

thanks but do they consider it as qualification & allow family status

This are not considered as Qualification. Its just like a skills Development Courses which are usally done after you Qualification studies get finished.
