Also looking into Tagaytay and neighboring areas, the biggest impediment for me is that it appears having your own transportation may be required. I have seen too much on the roads here to ever want to drive, could be a deal breaker for me. Liking the cool weather and surrounding attractions, nice to be less than 2 hours from the airport.
