Need translator desperately - medical situation in Sete - France forum

We are tourists and one in our group became very ill and is hospitalized in Sete, France. We do not speak French and hospital staff has limited English - even doctors. We are trying to get back to Chicago, IL, USA but will be a few days until travel insurance and medical clearance is approved. Desperately need help interpreting and communicating at hospital. Anyone can help? We will pay for your services. Must speak English and French.
