Hi Friends,

I have seen this forum's advice to lot of community members.
I would like have your advice for my concern also. Please help me to decide.
i got an offer (Mid level Manager) from a company in Muscat and they are offering the below
Basic OMR 750
All other Allowances OMR 325
Apartment OR OMR 350
Company provided car and fuel
Family Medical Insurance
Family Air Ticket
Yearly Bonus

So the total salary package including allowance, HRA is OMR 1425. Is it a good package for the post. Please give me your view.

The package seems ok, however based on the field of work and the organizational volume, the pay scales are defined in general. This package is sufficient for a family of 3 considering the savings.
