Fiancee Visa

Hi everyone,
Have a nice day!

Anybody here can help us?
What are the requirements needed for applying Visa from Philippines to Norway?
I am a Filipina and currently annulled and my fiancee is Norwegian and divorced already long time ago.
Please help us for the details and what documents do we prepare...

Your kind response will be appreciated!
Thank you in advance.

Hi there! You need to use the UDI website for applying a fiancee visa. As per UDI requirement:
You need a divorce certificate or death certificate, if the applicant or the reference person has been married before. As a main rule the divorce should be registered in the same country as the marriage was entered into. Since we do not have divorce in our country, you must have the final decree of your annulment.

Print out the checklist and gather the necessary documents
