Hi

My employer is ready to give me NOC with release as i have already got an offer from another company.. please tell me what will be the procedure as i am confused.

They said you will not have to leave the country. Does my wife have to leave or with my visa transfer her visa also will be transferred?

Require Expert advise.

Hi hemangactive,

You have everything required, including a new job, to continue in Oman.

Request both your former and your future employers for a visa / sponsorship transfer and get the paperwork done in the presence of both the company PROs.

Neither you nor your wife would have to exit and come back again.

Your future employer's PRO should be your focal contact point. Ask him for the next steps.
