Driving license

In 2-weeks time, you simply cannot get a new driving licence in Oman.

Between tests, the prevailing waiting period in Muscat is about 4-5 weeks.

And in smaller towns like Sohar, optimistically would be about 1-2 weeks.

Seems like you have not bothered to read the numerous other posts on the topic of Driving Licence. Please do so if you want to get a realistic grasp of what to expect.
